Dijous passat, al programa Tot és possible de RAC 1 van convidar un informàtic per a resoldre alguns dubtes dels oients. De les coses que vaig treure en clar, amb l’ajut del Carles Pina que també ho va sentir:
- Formatar el disc dur és una mesura molt dràstica, però s’ha de fer almenys un cop l’any.
- En canvi, defragmentar-lo és necessari cada mes, o fins i tot cada setmana.
- El Vista té alguns problemes d’incompatibilitats de programes.
- Amb el Vista, s’han de cercar nous drivers per als teu maquinari. Si l’equip és antic, no hi ha drivers i,… no hi ha res a fer!
- Els Mac són estupendos, però no són compatibles amb els jocs (no explica per què), però ara es pot instal·lar Windows en un Mac.
- El Linux està bastant bé, malgrat que la presentadora deia que potser està una mica apagat, és una molt bona opció.
- Hi ha un programari privatiu de reconeixement de veu i pregunten si estarà en català. Doncs no, clar.
- Quan canvies l’extensió .tmp per una .avi, el que fas és canviar-hi el format.
I diuen que els informàtics no tenen sentit de l’humor.

Actually, we did! Well, almost.. we always joke that our favorite colour is 50% grey, because it’s so nice for a photo background in web design. Somehow, this translated to a joke about house paint in 50% grey, so we found some and did the window trim in it. It looks great! Our front door is a pale minty colour and together, they make our tiny little house look very cute. I’d do it again in a minute! Way nicer than the old white stuff we had on there.

I don't want to be a bah-humbug because in general I do think that people should travel and make an effort and sacrifices to achieve their dreams. However, I have to say that in some cases Excuse #1 is valid for many people. Considering the unemployment rate and the fact that many people are really struggling to make ends meet, I wouldn't necessarily recommend that they travel before they pay off their credit cards, especially when banks and credit card companies are often hiking up interest rates and charging extra fees.

Dann diese auf einem externen Server speichern und alle User-Mode-Apps mit einer Konfigurations.xml eine Datei bauen. Anschließend vom TV auf diesem Server zugreifen lassen und hochladen lassen im Develop-Modus des TVs.LG/robin

Both Aluminum and Stainless Steel rivets require drilling. Only the SS versions need a different drill bit and rivet tool, but it’s really not any more work if you have the correct tools.~Ali
